How can one earn regularly using INTRADAY trading?

Intraday Trading

Intraday Trading is like watching 2 movie shows back to back. Like a movie tries to cover all emotions and plays with the mind of the audience, in the same way intraday trading also has a mix of market emotions taking the trader up and down with reference to his investment.

Keys to earn regularly using intraday trading

· Study the market well

· Do a trend analysis of the share’s pricing and variations

· Start with Small amounts

· Develop a traders psychology

· Develop trading strategy which is rule based

The Intraday trading starts at 9.15am and ends at 3.30pm. Intraday trading is nothing but buying and selling of shares in the same day. A few things to keep in mind while starting new is

· Start with just Rs. 5,000 to 10,000/

· Do not try to be greedy to book more profits

· 1% to 2% profit is good enough at the start

· Don’t trade Penny Stocks as they can be manipulated easily

· Buy different stocks, don’t depend on one

· Buy or Sell Trending Stocks and avoid volatile stocks

· Use Stop Loss for Risk Management

· Use Trailing Stop Loss for locking the profits when trade is in your direction

· Use Pyramiding Techniques to Optimize profits

Knowing some of the terms in Intraday Trading is very important such as

· Selling

· Shorting

· Stop Loss

· Open

· Close

· Bullish

· Bearish

· Break Out

· Entry Point

· Exit Points

Intraday Trading is not gambling but it’s an art of buying the shares at the right time and selling the shares at the right time or vice versa.

Example of Profits in Intraday Trading

If you buy a stock at Rs. 67 and sell it at Rs. 70 then you made a profit of Rs. 3

If you have 1,000 shares then 1,000×3 makes it a Rs. 3,000 profit. So you invested 6,700/ (with 10% margin money of 67,000) when buying the shares but made 3,000 profit when you sold the share.

Making Profits is not difficult however, it requires learning, practice and mentoring on how to trade the stocks right way. This is exactly where you need a short course in Stock Market trading which covers
various aspects of the markets and makes you a professional trader.
